You'll know the whole platform — not the sales version

Every module, top to bottom. How each one works, what it does for your community, and how simple it is to keep up once it's running. No mystery, no dependency on us to operate it.

Who should be in the room

We're looking for the ones who want everybody else to know what a great community this is. Who don't just want to preserve it — they want to see it grow.

Titles matter, but some of the strongest people in any town don't have one. The pastor who knows every family. The shop owner who sponsors the ball team. The retired teacher who still answers the phone when somebody needs help.

Those are the people we want in the room.

You are not being asked to become a salesperson. You're being asked to tell the organizations you already know about the best exposure deal they're ever likely to see — and let them decide.

The schedule

How the day runs

Doors at 8:30. We start on time and we finish on time. Lunch is served at the tables — the room stays together all day.

Times and order are subject to change as we tune the day for each region.

9:00 am

Doors, coffee, and who's in the room

Everyone shares one thing they're proud of about their community, and one thing they can't fix alone. It's the most important twenty minutes of the morning — people stop being strangers.

9:45 am

Hands on the platform

Directory, events, jobs, plugins. You build it live, on your own phone or laptop, with help at your elbow. By 11:15 your organization is listed, your first event is posted, and your plugin is designed.

11:15 am

Working lunch

Lunch comes to the table, and the table has a job: who in your community needs to be on this and isn't yet? You leave with names, not notes.

Champions and Connectors

What each role actually means, and how to talk about this with people you already know — in your own words, not a script you'd be embarrassed to read out loud.

The whole picture: what a business gets, what comes back to your county, and how the 60 days work. Straight numbers, no pressure.

The Activation Hour

Nobody goes home to follow up later. The room makes the calls together, right here, and every organization that joins gets called out by name. This is the part people talk about afterward.

Champion's Pledge and close

Champions are named in front of the room and sign their pledge — Stand, Lead, Connect. Group photo. Then you leave with your 60-day clock running.

A new module every six weeks — and you help decide the order

We come back to your region every six weeks with another tool that supports community engagement. Several are already built and underway; you'll see those on day one. But the counties in the room can reshuffle the deck — and bring ideas none of us have thought of yet. That's the point. This puts you in the driver's seat of your own community development.
